Mental Health Awareness Month

May is Mental Health Awareness Month!
This month, join us at Hope Spot as we observe Mental Health Awareness Month. We’re committed to raising awareness about mental health, reducing stigma, and encouraging well-being in our community. Mental health is an essential part of overall health and well-being, and it affects how we think, feel, and act. This month, we aim to spread knowledge and understanding about mental health challenges, fostering community support and promoting recovery strategies.
