alcohol awareness month
Alcohol Awareness Month is observed every April to raise awareness about the risks of alcohol misuse and to reduce the stigma surrounding addiction and recovery. It’s a time to educate individuals and communities about the impact of alcohol on health, relationships, and public safety, while promoting prevention and access to support.
At Hope Spot, we use this month to highlight resources, share recovery stories, and support individuals and families affected by alcohol use. We offer programming, peer support, and a safe, welcoming space for those in or seeking recovery. Your involvement—whether through learning, sharing, or donating—helps us continue this work year-round.
