Remembrance Rocks
As part of Overdose Awareness Month, Hope Spot and Greene County Public Health invite you to join us at 529 W. Second St. Xenia, OH 45385 for our Remembrance Rocks events on Saturday, August 24th, and Saturday, August 31st, from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM. These gatherings offer an opportunity to honor the memories of those we’ve lost to overdose by painting rocks in their remembrance. It’s a time for reflection, healing, and community support. All are welcome to participate in this meaningful event.

Overdose Awareness Candlelight Vigil
On Monday, August 26th, at 6:00 PM, Hope Spot, in collaboration with Greene County Public Health, will be taking part in a Candlelight Vigil at AHOP Church, located at 282 Stelton Rd, Xenia, OH 45385. This vigil is dedicated to remembering those who have lost their lives to overdose and supporting those who continue to be affected by it. The evening will include food, worship, and a time of reflection, providing a space for our community to come together, share stories, and offer support. Please join us in this powerful act of remembrance and solidarity.

Hope Fest 2024
On Saturday, September 28th, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Hope Spot invites you to join us for Hope Fest at Shawnee Park, 591 S. Park Dr, Xenia, OH 45385. As part of National Recovery Month, this free community event is dedicated to celebrating recovery, fostering hope, and supporting healing in our community. The event will feature live music by Hall Pass Rock Band, a Recovery Countdown, food, raffles, and a variety of community resources. Families can enjoy a Youth Fishing Tournament (poles and bait provided, limited supply) and a Cornhole Tournament. Come out and be part of this inspiring day filled with activities, connection, and celebration of recovery. We look forward to seeing you there!
